1. Open PSP!! (DUH :p)
2. Open an image 300x300 pixels & have it with a colored background. (My background is going to be #f77fb2.
3. Get a Brush that is +round10 and make it 15 in size.
4. Just make some random scribbles on that canvas with a different color than your background. I'm using #b30955 & #f6dae7 as my other colors!
5. Go to Effects > Distortion Effects > Pixelate & use the following settings.

6. Next you need to go to Effects > Geometric Effects > Circle.
7. Copy your disco ball and open Animation Shop.
8. Rotate your disco ball by 90 degrees. CRTL + R & Copy that one & the CTRL + SHIFT+ L in Animation Shop.
9. Rotate that one by 180 degrees & then repeat the process as in step 8.
You should have a result looking something like the following =]

If you want, you can add some kind of text to your disco ball!
Go back to PSP and make your text.
For mine.. I'm just going to just put Thanks for the comment on mine.
Copy your text in PSP.
Move over to Animation Shop, CTRL + V your text then recopy it.
To get your text on your disco ball. Go to Animation Shop, CTRL + A your disco ball to make sure you have all frames selected.
11. Edit > Proprogate Paste & CTRL + E so that your text is placed in the same spot on all frames!
